At Forever Furniture by MasayaCo, we stand behind our sustainable craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble and pack the furniture in its original packaging to ensure the solid wood components are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece at our facility, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
